1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by sin4d (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and sin4d (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform. • "Account" means the personal account registered by the User to access sin4d services.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in your Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive provided by sin4d, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

• "Real Money" means deposited funds that are not bonus credits and can be withdrawn subject to these Terms.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with sin4d. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we discover that you are under 21 years of age, we will immediately close your Account, void all bets, and return deposited funds (excluding any winnings). Any winnings accrued while underage will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

sin4d services are intended primarily for users located in Indonesia. While our Platform operates internationally under offshore licensing, you are responsible for ensuring that your access and use of sin4d services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not accept Players from countries where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are registering your Account for your own personal use only.

3.4 Responsible Gaming

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access sin4d services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one Account. Multiple Accounts registered by the same person will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested documentation within 30 days. Failure to comply may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. sin4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You agree to keep your Account information current and accurate. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information, payment methods, or personal details. sin4d reserves the right to suspend Accounts with outdated or inaccurate information.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your Account using payment methods supported by sin4d, including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from a third party and may close your Account if this occurs repeatedly.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method registered in your name.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any pending verification requirements. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawal requests.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

sin4d maintains strict anti-money laundering policies. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover requirement) before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals conducted solely for the purpose of money transfer without genuine gaming activity are prohibited and will result in Account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

5.4 Fees

sin4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

sin4d may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. These specific terms will be clearly stated in the promotional offer and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x-30x the bonus amount) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days) or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity related to promotions is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Players, or using strategies designed solely to exploit bonuses without genuine risk. sin4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving promotional offers by contacting our customer support team. However, once a bonus has been accepted and credited to your Account, you may not cancel it unless the specific bonus terms allow for cancellation.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by sin4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or irregular betting patterns. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed in your Account history, it cannot be canceled or modified except in cases of obvious error.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, bets must be placed before the event starts unless live betting is explicitly offered. In the event of a postponement, cancellation, or venue change, bet settlement will follow the specific sport's rules as published on our Platform. If an event is abandoned or not completed, bets may be void or settled based on the official result at the time of abandonment.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slot games, and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators and are independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical calculations over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. The dealer's actions and game results are final. In cases of technical disruption or connectivity loss during a live game, bets will be settled according to the actual game outcome if available, or voided and refunded if the game could not be completed.

7.5 Lottery and Togel

For togel (lottery) games, draw results are final and cannot be disputed. Draw times and results are published on the Platform immediately following each draw. Winning tickets must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date, after which unclaimed prizes are forfeited.

7.6 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during game play, any active round will be completed automatically according to the game rules. Completed rounds are recorded in your Account history and can be reviewed after reconnection. For live dealer games, any bets placed before disconnection will stand and be settled according to the actual outcome.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using sin4d services:

• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to access your Account
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or manipulate game outcomes
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in syndicate betting
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Depositing funds from stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or third-party accounts
• Arbitrage betting or using information obtained through illegal means
• Offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff or other Players
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our software
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to mask your true location (unless necessary for basic internet access in your region)

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, sin4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons without prior notice. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 Technical Errors

In the event of obvious technical errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, payout miscalculations, or game malfunctions, sin4d reserves the right to void affected bets and correct errors. We will refund stakes for voided bets but will not be liable for any consequential losses or anticipated winnings from erroneous bets.

9.3 Third-Party Services

sin4d may rely on third-party service providers for payment processing, game provision, and other services. We are not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers beyond our control. This includes bank processing delays, payment gateway outages, or game provider technical issues.

9.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sin4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

9.5 Force Majeure

sin4d shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet disruptions, or natural disasters.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance within 30 days. After 30 days, we reserve the right to deduct administrative fees from dormant account balances. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure.

10.2 Termination by sin4d

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• Your Account remains dormant (no activity) for more than 12 consecutive months
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• We determine it is necessary to protect the integrity of our Platform

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon Account termination, all pending bets will be settled according to their actual outcomes. Your Real Money Balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any deductions for outstanding obligations. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected Terms violations.

10.4 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude due to gambling-related concerns, please contact our support team immediately. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sin4d is licensed and operates. By using our services, you acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by country and region, and you are responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable laws in your location.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of sin4d services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

11.3 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about our services, please submit it in writing to our support email with a detailed description of the issue. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to our compliance team.
